This year, Tartu Town Hall Square will not be hosting the usual crowded social events, such as the lighting of Advent candles on Sundays and the Winter Dance Festival. However in the Village of Light you can still feel the luminance and beauty of Advent. This is a place to bring the greatest desire within your soul. 💙 If you are in Estonia, this is one place to visit.

On the first Sunday of Advent, lights will be lit on the Christmas tree and the brand new ice rink in Tartu Town Hall Square.

On September 18, as part of the celebration of European Cooperation Day in Pskov, the quest "A Matter of Honor" took place. The quest participants were offered a map with a route to the main attractions of Pskov. Their task was to unravel interesting historical facts. As a result of the successful completion of the quest, the participants received prizes with the symbols of the project. The event was attended by students, schoolchildren, families with children.

7 information boards were installed at tourist sites in Pskov:
- The «Varlaamovsky corner»;
- The Gremyachaya Tower;
- Detsky park;
- Snetogorsky nunnery of the Nativity of the Holy Mother of God
- Railway station;
- The ensemble of the Spaso-Mirozhsky monastery;
- The monument of Olga

The infoboards provide information on the above mentioned sights in Russian and English, brief information about the project. In addition, thanks to the QR code placed on the information tablet of the infoboard, guests and residents of the city will be able to surf the website of the Hanseatic Way route and receive useful information about interesting tourist places of the project partners, which include Pskov. @ Pskov

The small village in Valga County - 🌾SANGASTE🌾 - is renowned for its magnificent castle as well as for the type of rye cultivated in the area. Exhibitions about the 19th-century science and the famous last lord von Berg are open at circular stable that was once part of the manor complex. Sangaste Rukki Maja and the castle restaurant offer all sorts of food and beverages made from the famous local rye.

The largest transboundary lake in Europe lies on the border between Estonia and Russia. 🙌On the Russian side, there are numerous place names that are of Finno-Ugric origin, while on the Estonian side, there are areas populated by the Russian Old Believers, mostly in the well-known Onion Route area.
