Dear Partners and Friends,
We hope this message finds you safe and well during these deeply challenging times.
We write to you today with heavy hearts to announce that KmtORG is officially pausing all operations, including our planned campaign collaborations. This decision impacts our valued work with Palesa and the Agency of Marketing, Shaima from SheConnect, Dr. Sherry Hanna, and our incredible virtual assistant Stefan.
Despite our unwavering passion, we were unable to secure the necessary support to sustain our work here in Egypt. Our founder is currently facing poverty, and continuing in this state without resources or backing is no longer possible. We need to step back, rebuild, and reimagine a future where we can operate with strength and purpose.
Adding to this, we are living through a critical global and regional moment. What feels like the early stages of a World War III reality is unfolding countries around us are launching rockets, tensions are high, and instability is growing rapidly. Even the Grand Egyptian Museum, which was set to open this month, has postponed its launch in recognition of these volatile circumstances.
In light of this, our founder, Omnia El Minyawi, is actively working on the ground reaching out to various regions and even sharing updates with Egyptian military leaders, to help oversee and understand what is happening across the country. Her priority is ensuring the safety and awareness of our communities as we navigate this storm together.
So, as we pause, know that this is not a goodbye it’s a temporary dock in a storm. We will sail again, when the waters are calmer and when we find the safe new shore where our mission can grow, supported and strong.
Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your belief. We will return with clarity, power, and renewed purpose.
In solidarity and hope,
Omnia El Minyawi
