Sometimes a journey creates a friendship beyond just a tour. 🇪🇬❤️

I met Mr. Sayek unexpectedly at a Bangladeshi restaurant in Egypt. Before meeting me, he had spent his first day exploring the Pyramids with a local Egyptian guide, but unfortunately faced some unpleasant experiences there.

মিশর শুধু পিরামিডের দেশ নয়—এটি ইসলামী ইতিহাসেরও এক জীবন্ত ভাণ্ডার। 🕌

বেশিরভাগ মানুষ মিশরে আসেন পিরামিড, গ্র্যান্ড ইজিপশিয়ান মিউজিয়াম, ফারাওদের সভ্যতা এবং নীল নদের সৌন্দর্য দেখতে। কিন্তু এসবের বাইরেও মিশরের আরেকটি অসাধারণ জগৎ রয়েছে, যা অনেকেই জানেন না।

গতকাল শিকাগো, আমেরিকা থেকে একটি পরিবার মাত্র ১০ ঘণ্টার ট্রানজিটে মিশরে এসেছিলেন। আশ্চর্যের বিষয়, তাদের প্রথমবারের মিশর ভ্রমণের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল না পিরামিড দেখা; বরং তারা চেয়েছিলেন ইসলামী ইতিহাসের মহান ব্যক্তিত্বদের স্মৃতিবিজড়িত স্থানগুলো জিয়ারত করতে।

তাদের সফরের মধ্যে ছিল সাহাবায়ে কেরাম (রা.)-এর কবর জিয়ারত, প্রখ্যাত ইমাম ও আলেমদের মাজার জিয়ারত এবং ঐতিহাসিক মসজিদ পরিদর্শন।

মিশরের মাটিতে শায়িত আছেন ইসলামের ইতিহাসের বহু মহান ব্যক্তিত্ব। তাঁদের মধ্যে রয়েছেন:
• ইমাম শাফেয়ী (রহ.)
• ইবনে হাজার আসকালানী (রহ.)
• সাহাবী উকবা ইবনে আমির (রা.)
• ইমাম তাহাবী (রহ.)
• জালালুদ্দিন সুয়ূতী (রহ.)
এছাড়াও আরও অসংখ্য বিখ্যাত ইমাম, মুহাদ্দিস, আলেম ও ওলীদের স্মৃতিবিজড়িত স্থান রয়েছে এই দেশে।
