حملة مناصرة لحماية شاطئ حنكوراب – كنز مصر البيئي في خطر

إلى كل محبي الطبيعة، والإعلاميين، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، وجميع المهتمين بالحفاظ على بيئة مصر الفريدة،
شاطئ حنكوراب، أحد أجمل وأهم المواقع الطبيعية في مصر والعالم، يتعرض اليوم لخطر جسيم يهدد مستقبله واستدامته بسبب تعديات غير قانونية تهدد النظام البيئي الفريد للمنطقة.
هذا الشاطئ المصنف عالميًا كوجهة رئيسية للسياحة البيئية والغوص، والذي يحتضن أنظمة بيئية نادرة من الشعاب المرجانية، وأماكن تعشيش السلاحف المهددة بالانقراض، أصبح اليوم مهددًا بسبب مشروع تجاري يجري تخصيصه لحساب منشأت خاصه على حساب البيئة وحق الناس في الوصول إليها
إننا نطلق هذه الحملة الوطنية والمجتمعية لإنقاذ شاطئ حنكوراب، وندعو جميع الجهات الفاعلة للانضمام إلينا في هذه المناصرة لوقف هذا الاعتداء الصارخ واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية هذا الكنز الطبيعي من أي تهديدات.
هذا لا يتعلق فقط بهذه المنطقة، فهو يشكل سابقة خطيرة قد تفتح الباب أمام تهديد أي مساحة عامة مستقبلًا لصالح استثمارات خاصة، أو حرمان الناس من حقها للوصول إلى أماكنهم الطبيعية والتراثية لصالح امتيازات حصرية للمستثمرين... ليس مجرد قضية محلية، بل يمس حقوق الجميع
نحن بحاجة إلى تضافر جهود الإعلاميين والناشطين البيئيين والمواطنين المهتمين بالشأن البيئي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص للوقوف صفًا واحدًا دفاعًا عن هذا الموقع الفريد الذي يمثل جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هويتنا الطبيعية وثروتنا البيئية.

Advocacy Campaign to Protect Hankorab Beach – Egypt’s Environmental Treasure at Risk
To all nature lovers, journalists, civil society organizations, private sector leaders, and everyone committed to preserving Egypt’s unique environment:
Hankorab Beach, one of the most breathtaking and ecologically significant natural sites in Egypt and the world, is now facing a serious threat due to illegal encroachments that endanger its delicate ecosystem.
This globally recognized destination for eco-tourism and diving—home to rare coral reef systems and nesting sites for endangered sea turtles—is now at risk due to a commercial project prioritizing private development over environmental preservation and public access.
We are launching this national and community-driven campaign to save Hankorab Beach and call upon all stakeholders to join us in stopping this violation and ensuring that the necessary measures are taken to protect this natural treasure from any further threats.
This is not just about one location—it sets a dangerous precedent that could pave the way for further privatization of public spaces, restricting people’s right to access natural and heritage sites in favor of exclusive investor privileges. This is not just a local issue—it affects everyone’s rights.
