For the first time ever, archaeologists have discovered two ancient embalming workshops buried beneath the sands of Saqqara — one for humans, the other for sacred animals.

🏺 These 2,600-year-old workshops contained:
🔹 Stone beds for preparing bodies
🔹 Jars filled with resins, oils, and natron
🔹 Tools used in the sacred art of mummification
🔹 Inscriptions revealing rituals of eternal preservation

This incredible find sheds new light on how the ancient Egyptians prepared both kings and creatures for the afterlife — with care, science, and spiritual power.
