If you’ve been on a liveaboard before, chances are you’ve met people like them the kind who leave a lasting mark on your trip.

In a previous life, they were restaurant owners. But after countless dives and seasons spent exploring the underwater world, something clicked: diving wasn’t just a passion it was a calling.

They’ve now been guides and instructors for over 25 years, and chose the Maldives nearly 19 years ago for a simple reason: the sheer richness of marine life, the diversity of dive sites, and that ever-present sense of wonder with every descent.

Sharks, mantas, eagle rays, mobulas, humphead parrotfish, dolphins… and sometimes even a whale shark. These encounters still give them chills, just like day one.

Their greatest reward? Watching divers leave with stars in their eyes and hearing those magic words:
“See you soon, on the next cruise.” 💙🤿
