It's Friday again! Time flies.!.Great day walking with POW - Pop up Walks in Luxor, Egypt this time on the East Side.
Though old Luxor with narrow windy streets hidding their secrets of years gone by, we walked to ACE Animal care centre and sanctury in Luxor Egypt We saw the amazing work being done by Egyptian and British individuals looking after and caring for the working animals. The heads of enemies high on plyths at the entrance for all to see
On either side the statues of the Godess Sekhmet, the Lioness Diety flanks the entrance

Yesterday, a small fire broke out on a Nile cruise ship in Esna – Luxor.
Thankfully, it was brought under full control very quickly by the Civil Protection teams.
All passengers were safely evacuated, with no serious injuries or casualties.
Authorities are investigating the cause, but what truly stands out is the fast and professional response.
Egypt remains a safe and welcoming destination — always ready to protect its guests.
