On behalf of Ms. Shavinaa Balan (Miss Eco Malaysia 2020/Earth Warrior Queen 2020), we at Earth Warrior Malaysia (EWM) and BR Empire Creations would like to express our sincere gratitude for our sponsors’ generous donation to our team. We really appreciate it. This sponsoring has allowed us to see how great service can be to the people who work really hard to achieve something and a little financial help from unknown quarters can be a blessing in disguise. For everything you have done for us in the past, everything you still do and will continue to do, we want you to know how thankful we are, and we look forward to a prosperous future together. We experienced various challenges in managing our talent to compete in the Miss Eco International beauty pageant competition. However, we took them in positive ways. Learning how to overcome challenges has helped us to stay centered and remain calm under pressure. According to the early release schedule, she should have represented Malaysia in 2020. But, due to the pandemic issue, the competition has been canceled in 2020 and postponed to 2021. The cancellation resulted in a variety of mixed consequences. But, the time available has been used best to improve physical, mental and emotional qualities. On March 18, 2021, due to unforeseen rules, she was not able to leave Kuala Lumpur for Sharm El-Sheikh as planned. This is because the airline requires compliance with certain criteria to enable passengers to be registered on the flight. Despite not flying via earlier date, she finally took the next available flight after resolving certain matters.
Her journey in the entire Miss Eco International 2020/2021 is very memorable. According to a statement by the official pageant reporter, Missosology, "Brains and personality are written all over Miss Malaysia. Her performance in the preliminary surpassed all expectations. This beautiful lawyer amazed the world with her exquisiteness. Her spontaneous and no non-sense interviews gained her many fans." Miss Malaysia was predicted to be at least in the top 10 by many pageant enthusiasts. Malaysia ended the campaign with a top 20 placement and was shortlisted in few pre-final competitions (Prime) namely the top 10 "Best Resort Wear" and the top 10 "Best National Costume." Malaysia was first to be announced to advance into the top 20 upon winning the "Best Eco Dress" at the conclusion of the first round (Eco Dress competition) during the coronation day. Job well done, Miss Malaysia! Thank you Borneo Republic Malaysia Creations for the good highlights in all 3 important segments in Miss Eco International! At the moment, we are coordinating closely with Miss Eco International (MEI) organisation in ensuring both Amy Nur Tinie and Shavinaa's welfare, safety, and health affairs are at the best and most unequivocal level in Egypt. MEI is doing their best to make sure everything is in good condition. She is well-taken care of and is set to be flying back to Malaysia soon. To all Malaysian, please keep her in your prayers. To all designers and contributors, please kindly be informed that all wardrobes/things will be returned after she has successfully completed her quarantine in Malaysia. Terima kasih banyak atas perhatian dan sokongan tidak berbelah-bahagi yang telah diberikan selama ini. Kami amat menghargainya.
