This Saturday, we’re making Body Camp history — our first-ever retreat in ANDALUCÍA kicks off… and we couldn’t be more excited! 🔥

Looking for a delicious, nutritious, and ridiculously easy-to-make treat? 🍓

These Frozen Strawberry, Blueberry & Chia Yogurt Clusters are packed with antioxidants, protein, and just the right amount of crunch – perfect for a post-workout snack or guilt-free indulgence!

👨‍🍳 Created by our very own Head Chef Ben Whale, these clusters are:

✅ Dairy-free
✅ Refined sugar-free
✅ Absolutely delicious

Here’s how to make them:

✨ Ingredients (Makes 6):

• 1 ½ cups finely diced strawberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
• ½ cup chia seeds
• 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
• 200g melted dark chocolate
• 1 tsp matcha powder for sprinkling

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Mix the berries, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey (if using) in a bowl until well combined.

2️⃣ Spoon out clusters onto a tray or flat surface that fits in your freezer. Freeze until solid.

3️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate (we used 80%) and drizzle over the frozen clusters.

4️⃣ Sprinkle with matcha powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts for an extra touch.

5️⃣ Pop them back in the freezer to set!

PRO TIP: Store in the freezer and let them thaw for 15–20 minutes before enjoying for the ultimate creamy, crunchy bite!

Are you a Snickers lover craving that irresistible chocolate, peanut, and caramel combo - but want a healthier, more wholesome twist? We’ve got you covered! 🥳

Our head chef, Ben Whale 👨‍🍳, has created the ultimate Body Camp-approved Snickers-inspired bars - packed with natural ingredients, no refined sugar, and plenty of indulgence. 👇🏻

Ingredients:

300g Dark chocolate melted
300g dates
150g oats
450g peanut butter
100g toasted peanuts
2 tablespoon coconut oil
4 drops of vanilla extract

(Optional: 2 teaspoons of Lion’s Mane & Cordyceps powder)

Method:

In a food processor blend half the amount of dates and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and the oats until it looks like crumbs/biscuity and press into a bread tin lined with grease proof paper to form the base.

Blend the rest of the dates with the peanut butter and the other tablespoon of coconut oil, vanilla and a pinch of salt to make the caramel.

Sprinkle the peanuts on top of the base and add the caramel and gently flatten and pop into the freezer to firm up.

After 2 hours start to melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water being careful not to burn yourself or do what I did and melt it in a saucepan and the lowest heat making sure so stir constantly as to avoid burning the chocolate.

Then slice into bar shapes and dip into the melted chocolate until evenly coated. Sprinkle with more crushed peanut or what ever you want to use as a garnish and pop into the fridge ready to eat when you want. 🤤

People often emphasize the importance of surrounding yourself with positive, uplifting energy - choosing friends and environments that inspire you. 🙌🏻

And while that’s absolutely true, today we want to shift the focus and turn the question around.

How does your energy affect the people around you?

It’s easy to notice when someone drains or uplifts us, but do we take the time to reflect on the energy we’re putting out into the world? Are we being supportive, positive, and present? Or are we rushing, distracted, negative, and reactive? 🙈

Thoughtful Tuesday Challenge → Take a moment to check in with yourself. How do you show up for the people around you? Your energy is contagious - are bringing positivity and encouragement to those around you?

Here are 3 ways to be more intentional with your energy:

1️⃣ Morning Check-In – Before your day starts, set an intention for how you want to show up. Calm? Motivated? Supportive? Choose and do your best to embody it.

2️⃣ Pause & Reflect – Throughout the day, ask yourself: How am I making others feel? If the answer isn’t aligned with who you want to be, take a breath and reset.

3️⃣ Give What You Want to Receive – If you want more kindness, give it. If you want more positivity, radiate it. The energy you put out will always find its way back to you. 🫶🏼
