I'm taking a break to visit family for the summer months and looking forward to the next season of holidays here at Casa Rio Seco in beautiful old world south of Spain.
2023/24 was my first full season of yoga holidays and rentals since before the pandemic and it's great to feel fully back at the helm!
This season, we welcomed wonderful guests from countries as diverse as Ukraine, Israel Ireland, Holland and the UK. Guests designed their own holiday around their personal well-being and health requirements. Some people like to do a lot of activities, some people just like to rest and laze in the sun, all things are possible here.

Come and enjoy a Yoga and Well-being Holiday in the sunny South of Spain, April 14th to 21st.
Let us take care of you! From the moment you get on the plane, you're on holiday!
On arrival, you are met from the plane and everything is taken care of. You're brought home to Casa Rio Seco, a traditional village house and garden where we have a yoga deck with mountain views. Yoga classes are in the morning and the style of yoga is adapted to the needs of the group
Yoga is followed by brunch on the terrace. Fresh local produce is used in our kitchen for family style meals. We cater to all dietary requirements.

There are local walks, mountain villages to visit, beach days and spa options.There's also the option to laze around the garden and pool on a sunlounger!
There's a chance to visit the local market which showcases local artisans and their produce and we will eat out alfresco some evenings in our town, Orgiva

Set in a traditional Andalusian home in the sunny south of Spain, this holiday features yoga on the deck in the morning for health and vitality, a wholesome brunch served to you on the terrace with Mountain Views and afternoon excursions. The area has fascinating Moorish history and local mountain villages date back 1000 years.
- And there is the garden and the pool if you feel like hanging out and relaxing! There is a hot tub/whirlpool bath for evening use

Our Yoga centre, Casa Rio Seco is a beautiful traditional area on the south slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Amongst the olive groves, orange trees and flowers scent the air.
Yoga class is in the morning leaving the afternoon free for trips to places of interest and the beach or to relax and enjoy the garden and sun at home where there is a swimming pool and a hot tub/ whirlpool bath. Addition treats include a raw food cooking class and meal. Massage is available at a supplement

CHEAP YOGA HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN - AUTUMN 2015!!!

I am planning 2 super-cheap all-inclusive week-long yoga holidays this year; - The emphasis is on 'holiday' rather than retreat so as well as yoga, there is plenty of opportunity to explore the stunning locations or simply laze and relax --
The first holiday will be at a luxurious villa with pool near Orgiva, Southern Spain at the end of September, the second will be in Lanzarote at our usual yoga home near the beach, Casitas Tabayesco. Exact dates TBC
The low price of 300 euros pp includes yoga sessions, fresh local food, twin accommodation and transport. Single supplement possible. You get your own flights. Orgiva is Malaga or Almeria airports
Yoga styles taught include, yin yoga, hatha/flow yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and the option to try acro-yoga.
