ALHAMBRA // We’ve visited Granada twice. The first time I wasn’t able to get tickets to visit Alhambra Palace. But I wasn’t going to make the same mistake twice.

IT’S BEEN A WHILE… 👋👋

I’m not going to lie - there is only one reason I haven’t posted much here. That’s because I can’t be nadged… and that’s the truth.

What with my energy concentrating on writing, writing and writing, it’s hard to find extra time to share over here, too. Plus, I know you really don’t want me to show you my breakfast for the day or if I’ve had a work out, or if I’m on the school run. I mean I’d bore myself! 😂

But I also don’t want to completely ignore this space. So I’m going to TRY and a be a little more present. Especially as I’ve been writing so many articles recently which I’m keen to share.

As for travel plans this year… we’ve got quite a few trips planned including Sicily and a return to Paris, as well as Essaouira.

So it’s good to be tentatively back, dipping my toes here again. A big hi to you all - and let me know where you’re off to in 2026. Love to know x

ANDALUCIA // Spain you’ve captured our hearts yet again. This is the first time in a long time that we’ve truly relaxed. No rushing about, no booking a million things to do. Taking it day by day. Swimming lots. Reading lots. Eating lots. Playing a lot of 💩head. Exploring a little.
This wasn’t travelling. This was a holiday. And Andalusia - from the Lecrín Valley village we stayed in, to beach visits in Motril, Salobreña and Almuñécar plus a city stopover in ancient Granada - we loved it all. Can’t wait to return!

EASY THERE// 🧡 When I set up my blog over a decade ago who knew that I’d be offered the most incredible opportunities. One of them being part of latest Big Orange Sale campaigns. You may have caught us on the telly over the last month or so. I know I haven’t! 🤣 But so many family and friends have been messaging me and sending me clips.
So I thought I’d pop a few here.

Well it’s nearly a wrap for 2024 - and what a year it’s been. From the sunny shores of Suffolk to the vineyards of Bordeaux; the medina and shorelines of Essaouira to the boulevards of Paris - as well as a cheeky trip to Tenerife, plus all the little family trips in between, I feel very fortunate to have travelled so much.

What’s in store for next year? Well the MTM fam are excited to be going to Vietnam in April 🇻🇳🇻🇳and we have so many exciting things planned…
