👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The house is perfect for a family. It has a big garden where you can enjoy the sun. Additionally, the house has one floor and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a Bali bed, from where you have a stunning view of the Cala Tarida area.

🛌 There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house, providing enough space for 4 adults and 4 children. If needed, this number can be adjusted to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

🌊 The spacious ground floor garden features a refreshing dip pool. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy for you and your children to play in. There are also real goals for playing football, plenty of outdoor toys, and even an artificial grass field the size of a football field.

🥘 In addition, you will find beautiful plants, sun loungers, and various cozy corners in the garden. There is also a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy outdoor meals. Of course, there is a barbecue available and plenty of shade to enjoy, even during the hottest months of the year.

🌅 Everything in the house is done in Ibiza style, giving you the true feeling as if you are on this beautiful island.
