Welcome to our sun-drenched estate nestled in a sought-after area of fertile rolling hillsides between the traditional white-washed towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin. Both are just a 3-mile drive away with all convenient modern facilities, supermarkets and restaurants. The newly-renovated, stylish Miralmonte restaurant, including covered outdoor seating, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The A

ndalucian Rescue Centre for Horses (ARCH), featured-on-TV, is just a short 10-minute walk away. “Alhaurin”, a name given by the Moors, means “God´s garden”, the area being fertile and with a pleasant winter climate. There are abundant fresh fruit and vegetables grown and sold locally and a mix of traditional Spanish people/culture and a large, established, international community. You can enjoy easy access, within 35 minutes, to the golden beaches of the Costa-del-Sol at Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas and Malaga. The world-renown El Caminito del Rey with its spectacular rope walkways is 45 minutes away (prior booking essential) and day trips are possible to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. We offer two options in our privileged, peaceful rural location. Both are light and airy, newly renovated to a high standard, and enjoy views over the whitewashed town of Alhaurin el Grande set against the Sierra Mijas mountains. They offer access to our 4 acre estate with diverse plant-life, nature trails, friendly animals, and many places to sit quietly and soak in the surrounding beauty. Secure parking and wi-fi included. GARDEN APARTMENT – with two ensuite double bedrooms, a lounge/dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, private covered terrace with armchairs, al fresco dining and adjacent gas barbecue. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and french doors onto the terrace. The second bedroom is built into the hillside with a window-well, making it ideal for cooler summer/warmer winter nights. It has a super king-size/two single beds. The apartment and terrace are all on one level, with three steps from the adjacent car parking space. STUDIO VIEWS APARTMENT – for the solo traveller, enjoys an ensuite bedroom with kitchenette and an elevated outdoor terrace with panoramic views. The private terrace has a large, modern gas barbecue, quality outdoor dining and lounge furniture, granite worktop with sink and washing machine.
