🇺🇸 Yesterday, on my way back to the car after spending the day in the mountain, I started to hear footsteps on the leaves. I stood still because the wind was in my favor, and within a few seconds I had a sounder of more than 20 wild boars all around me. Some of that year’s piglets got as close as 3 meters. Since they literally surrounded me, the ones behind caught my scent and, with a grunt, put the whole group on alert. There were 4 female with their young, the moment was well worth it.

🇪🇸 Ayer volviendo al coche despues de pasar el día en la montaña, empecé a escuchar pisadas sobre las hojas del hayedo. Me quedé quieto porque tenia el aire de cara y en pocos segundos tenia una piara de más de 20 jabalies alrededor. Hubo alguna de las crias de este año que llegó a estar a 3 metros de mi. Como me rodearon literalmente, los que estaban detrás de mi me cogieron el aire y con un gruñido pusieron en alerta a toda la tropa. Eran 4 hembras con sus crias, el momento mereció la pena.
