Good size living room and an open fully equipped kitchen. 43inch TV with Netflix and a variety of other channels. Two good sofas, where one is a LazyBoy. On the backside of the bungalow there is a BBQ, dining table and chairs, where you get the morning sun. On the front there is the tiled garden with two sunloungers for the sun thyrsty and a chill out space with a table and chairs. For the afternoon sun chill and drinks. Parking just outside the property. Communal pool. Just around the corner there is variety of bars and restaurants, and a few minute walk to Mercadona and La Fuente. Only 6 minute drive to the beach of Cabo Roig. 8 Minute drive to Zenia Boulevard Mall. Here you will have harmony and great atmosphere for your relaxing vacation.

Íbúðin er staðsett í Villmartin/El Galan í rólegu hverfi mitt á milli golfvallanna, s.s Villamartin og Las Ramblas golf. Handann við hornið eru fjölmargir barir og veitingastaðir og svo er stutt göngufæri í La Fuente verslunarmiðstöðina, þar sem er einnig Mercadona og fullt af veitingastöðum. Nákvæmlega 6 mínútna akstur til Cabo Roig, strönd og 8 mínútur í La Zenia Boulevard Mollið. Fyrir bókanir og verð hafa samband.
