One of our favourite things to do whenever we visit the villa is sitting down and reading through the guestbook. 📖

It’s genuinely lovely hearing about the memories families, couples and groups of friends have made during their stay at Three Palms Villa - and how the villa becomes a little home away from home during their time there. 🌴

As a brief update to this, the bathroom work has now been booked in for the second week of June, and will be completed by the fabulous team at Playa Blanca Property Services

And the exterior painting is booked in for the final week of June, and will be carried out by the equally fabulous team at ColourTeam Painter & Decorators

While we were out at the villa last week it was, as always, part holiday and part business!

We love spending time at the villa and always use our trips to make continuous improvements for guests and keep everything looking its best.

Following some recent guest feedback, we carried out a few updates and maintenance jobs around the villa. One of the appliances needed attention, so this has now been fully repaired and all others checked and tested too.

Our dartboard area also got a small upgrade with new hooks to keep the cabinet doors open on breezier days - sadly we still can’t guarantee a nine dart finish though!

One of the biggest improvements is around the pool area. After battling with some old pool tiles that had a habit of coming loose, we’ve now replaced them with a beautiful new mosaic finish. We’ll be updating our photos soon, but here’s a little sneak peek!

The winter weather also meant some of the outdoor areas needed a refresh, including giving all of the outdoor furniture a really thorough deep clean so everything is ready for the sunny months ahead.

And as soon as the tradesperson’s diary allows, we’ll also be carrying out some exterior decorating to freshen up paintwork around the driveway and garden areas after the unusually wet winter weather - something we know many villas across Lanzarote have been dealing with this year too.

We also replaced fittings on the outdoor shower to keep everything working smoothly - although our 4-year-old now considers it his favourite shower spot!

We’ve also got a couple of smaller indoor updates in progress following recent guest feedback, with some bathroom fittings due to be refreshed asap too.

For younger guests, we added a few new toys to the playroom too - including a ‘Toot-Toot Drivers’ Twist & Race Tower, which apparently is just as entertaining for adults as children!

And alongside all of that, we still managed to enjoy an amazing family holiday with plenty of sunshine, pool time, as well as enjoying the beaches, restaurants and cafés around beautiful Playa Blanca ☀️

☀️ Autumn & Winter 2026 availability Three Palms Villa ☀️

📅 The last few months of the year are already starting to fill up fast, with about 50% of dates in Autumn already booked. If you’re thinking about an autumn or winter escape, now’s the time to get organised!

We currently have available:
14th September to 27th October
17th November to 12th December

❄️ And looking ahead to early 2027:
• January still has good availability
• February is completely booked
• March has availability from 8th onwards

And amazingly, we already have 1 summer 2027 booking confirmed ☀️ which shows just how early people are planning ahead now.

As we get ready to head back to Three Palms Villa in Playa Blanca next week, we’ve been reminiscing about our last visit in December 2025 ☀️

With gorgeous weather, plenty of family time, and lots of laughter from our two boys, it truly was a holiday full of memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. Chilled mornings by the pool and exploring everything Playa Blanca has to offer meant everyone had a fantastic break.

We’re so excited to be returning soon and are keeping everything crossed for more sunshine and special moments 🤞

Three Palms Villa is such a wonderful place for families – a space to unwind, reconnect, and make those all-important memories together. We really hope that everyone who stays here enjoys it just as much as we do.
