We have officially opened reservations for the 2026–2027 winter season and, before making them widely available, I have already started reaching out to a selection of our loyal and VIP guests who have expressed their wish to return during the high-demand period (November – February), offering them priority in choosing their preferred dates.

Both apartments are located in excellent positions with privileged sea views and maintain a consistent premium standard throughout the year — fully renovated to modern standards, fully equipped for maximum comfort, with impeccable cleanliness, personalized services, perfect locations, and individual attention to each guest, as our core principle is simple: the client always comes first.
Prices are set according to Tenerife’s seasonality and tourism demand, as well as the specific dynamics of the island’s market:
* 18 December – 18 January: the highest season of the year, due to Christmas holidays, New Year, and peak international tourist flow, resulting in the highest pricing levels
* November – February + the autumn–winter–spring season: a period of very high demand, driven by Tenerife’s ideal climate and strong European preference for winter stays on the island, + Tenerife’s carnival, surf Festival and other local events
* 10 April – 10 July: a quieter period with lower demand, reflected in more favorable rates
* Remaining periods: moderate levels, influenced by overall local and international tourism demand
Additionally, Booking applies a dynamic pricing system, automatically adjusted based on demand and availability, which also contributes to price variations throughout the year.
Final pricing will always be aligned with Booking rates, the season, and the level of demand for the selected period. However, as a direct booking advantage, I will always apply a preferential discount for direct reservations 🤝
