I am not a fan of this cold weather. I rather be in the sun exploring a new city, ruins, swimming in the pool or hang out on the beach. 🏖️

This Monastery you can find just an hour drive from Valencia between Cullera and Gandia. It is free to explore and if you come in the morning you have it almost to yourself. 🇪🇸

Today Lily and her grandparents made a scavenger hunt in our house! I got a book, a giftcard and a craft she made at daycare. 🐝.

So let me share this beautiful ruin. It is an easy hike up. When you are at the top you get a nice view and just silence. 🏰 .

Lily’s first time on the beach was a success!
I thought she wouldn’t like the sand but she loved it! 💕

Our holiday didn’t go as planned. We had first cold weather, the rain and then Lily had a fever. Turns out she was teething! Poor girl.
But that is ok, we will be back soon! 🇪🇸

The view from the other end of the Xativa Castle. 🏰. These ruins are so big. I love it!🇪🇸.

Even though the castle is beautiful to explore it is not stroller or wheelchair friendly. Now that I have Lily I notice this more. But I can always carry her in a baby carrier of course! ☺️.
