Remembering the amazing dinner at La Pícara with our friends of Feliz Compañía Vinícola and La Pícara Gastroteca in Aranda de Duero. 😋

The theme was really cool because Chef Sandra Chicote, who is the chef and founder of La Pícara Gastroteca in Ribera del Duero, Spain, visited Puerto Rico and collaborated on a menu with chef Xiomara Márquez, who is the founder of La Pícara in Santurce. The idea was to pair each dish with one of the four wines of Feliz Compañía Vinícola, aka Vino Feliz, who is the only winery in Ribera del Duero solely making white wines from the grape Albillo Mayor.

The chefs were rockstars and the dishes and wine pairings were absolutely delicious!

Let’s say the night was super Feliz! 😀🥂 . .
