Learning about Fondillón and the w**es from Alicante from one the best w**e communicators in the world and an expert on the w**es from the region, Clío Candela.

DYK that Fondillón is solely made from the Monastrell grape because it is the only grape in the region that can hang on the vine without rotting until November when harvest for this w**e is made? If you have not tried Fondillón we encourage you to do so, we loved it. 🇪🇸🍇🍷 . .
