At Bull Skull we don't just build handmade electric guitars to order. We also repair. And this week we had some tough ones.
The first one, this.

A '90s Musicman came into the workshop this week.

Truss rod replacement. One of the most delicate repairs there is.

The truss rod is the bar that controls the neck's curvature. When it fails, the guitar is practically unplayable. Replacing it means taking the whole neck apart, working without damaging the wood, and setting everything up from scratch. Plus a full electronics overhaul. Jack, ground, wiring.

There's not much we can't fix.

A todos los que habéis mostrado vuestro apoyo, y colaborado o simplemente habéis llamado. Muchísimas gracias a todos. Pudimos llegar durante los primeros y angustiosos días que no había nadie allí a ayudar, a abrazar y a tragarnos las lágrimas como puños el perderlo todo. El pueblo Valenciano ha dado un ejemplo de solidaridad sin precedentes. Hemos arriesgado todo por ayudar y continuaremos haciéndolo porque esto va para largo. Muchos vamos a sufrir en nuestras carnes la que se nos viene encima después de la tragedia, así que harán falta ayudas durante mucho tiempo.
