We spent this week testing new recipes for the coming season 😍 We’ve been planning warming lunch soups, a rustic dinner and a three-course experience called Enchanting Fire Dining.

And honestly, we’re pretty excited — everything turned out even better than we dared to hope 🤎🔥 We’ll share more soon, but for now we want to know: which one would you choose? 👀

Today we visited — the local company that makes our signature sausage using our very own recipe. 🤎

We also got a little behind-the-scenes clip of the sausages being made, with Päivi making them and Minja behind the camera! 🥹

It means so much to us to work with local businesses and support products made here in Finland. But honestly, it’s not only about the values… Last winter, so many of our guests told us this was the best sausage they had ever tasted — and we completely agree. 😍

We had such a lovely day and so many great conversations. Thank you so much for having us! 🤎

These dogs are part of their everyday life. They train together, race together and quite simply — live their lives together.

And we think you can feel that the moment you arrive. 🥹

This is exactly the kind of Lapland we want our guests to experience. Real people, real stories and places where tourism isn’t something separate from everyday life — you’re simply invited to be part of it for a little while.
