During our tours we focus very much on the reconnecting to nature aspect.

1. Listing: We use our ears so much through the day, listening to music, to each other, at work the list is endless.
But in nature we can listen to the calming effects of water, insects and birds. The wind blowing through the trees.

2. Looking: With our busy lives, we rush by things all the time and not taking enough time to absorb all the fun little things.
For example on your next walk in the forest look for a red mushroom, it might take a while at first. Then once you have spotted it, they will become easier and easier to find.

3. Feeling: when was the last time you felt moss under your feet? Felt the warmth of the sun on a tree? Or even the different between a blueberry leaf and lingonberry leaf?

4. Smell: That fresh smell of nature. Take a few deep breaths and enjoy the smell of the forest. Mushrooms, flora and the air. How does it differ to your everyday smells.
