This is Sireli Leli Nauka & he is the Mayor of his village in Fiji next to the Naviti resort. We booked a snorkelling tour & a horse back waterfall & natural hot spring tour with Sireli Nauka Tours n Transfer. Both tours were the absolute highlight of our Fiji trip 👌🏼

🤿 The colourful coral & the fish that we saw in the conservation area which Sireli refers to as the nursery blew our minds 🐠🐟🪸

It was very special to see the underwater world when it is protected from fishing & damage from boats etc. When Evelyn became tired Sireli carried her on his back so we could keep snorkelling 🥰 The kids highlight was seeing the families of Nemo (clown fish) in amongst the anemone & coral.

Then the waterfall tour was next level. We had 5 tour guides who are farmers when they are not taking tours. They walked bare foot through the Fijian forest which was more like a jungle. It was so beautiful with the bamboo & vines & flowers. Riding horses through the jungle was way more fun than we even thought it would be. We also trekked on foot to get to the waterfalls & to the natural hot spring which we didn’t want to leave. When the climb became a bit slippery the tour guides carried our girls on their shoulders or lifted them over rocks. They were absolutely brilliant & made the experience 👌🏼

One of the tour guides was the same age as Avery (11yrs) & didn’t want to go to school that day which was a bonus for us. So Avery & Jerry went off on their own at times through the river which for Avery was awesome. As much as we loved the trek with Jerry we did encourage him to go to school the next day 🤭

It was an incredible experience. It was like another world. Definitely ‘The Real Fiji’. Avery’s highlight was jumping off the waterfalls 🤗

I can’t recommend Sireli Nauka’s tours more highly 🙌🏼 And the best bit is the money goes straight back to the locals & not the big tour companies.
