Proof that skiing abroad CAN be less expensive than in the US! I’ve snowboarded and skied in all of these places, and each trip cost less than a similar trip would have been in Colorado, Utah or California (including the flight!) WHYYY are lift tickets in the US like over $200+ per day ☠

*prices listed here as of today (10/11) when I looked on Google flights & each individual resort lift ticket page! If you track flights for your winter dates you might find even cheaper ones later on.

📝 Of course if you go skiing super often and have an Epic or Ikon Pass this doesn’t really apply BUT it’s still great because you can use those in many of these destinations too!

when i started working in “the real world” in 2016 i had no clue how people made travel their job. so if you’re at your desk right now dreaming about it or if you’re just curious like me, i hope this gives you some ideas (you do notttt have to be a creator btw, there are so many ways in)

I genuinely didn’t know hotels like this existed
 I’ve stayed at quite a few 5-star hotels but NONE have come close to this experience.

If you want to have one of the best stays of your life, I can’t recommend enough! Now I want to check out all of their properties but I don’t know that my bank account will let me lol đŸ˜©

China is so whimsical with this 😂 by far the best way to get down from The Great Wall! I visited in October while I was traveling in Beijing - it’s easy to get to from there! Mutianyu is the section of the wall you’ll want to go to for the ride up & down like this!

I loved China SO MUCH and can’t wait to go back and visit other cities! Tell me your faves?

Is it harder to have authentic travel experiences these days? We spend soooo ✹much time researching, planning, and perfecting that I do think sometimes theres less wonder involved. BUT I stopped doing these things when I travel and I’ve found each has helped to bring the magic back. ✈

The most memorable experiences I’ve had while traveling were a result of NOT doing at least one of these.

I’m curious if there’s anything else you stopped doing or something you started doing that has made your trips even better?!

The craziest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I know this is TECHNICALLY a 5-star property, but with all of the extra perks + the insanely gorgeous property and fantastic staff, it’s more like an unofficial 6-star. I’ve never experienced luxury like this and I’m not sure how any stay will top this. Please let me know what other properties have an unmatched experience!

If you travel for work you need this
 I was leaving travel rewards on the table without realizing it !!đŸ˜­âœˆïž

Now when I book my work travel, I’m way more strategic about it so those trips can actually help pay for future ones.

With I can earn rewards on eligible stays and then use those rewards for future vacations!!! + members can save up to 20% with Member Prices on select hotels.

Paris touristy spots that are actually worth it đŸ‡«đŸ‡·âœš

If you’re visiting Paris for the first time, don’t skip the classics just because they’re “touristy.” Some things are popular for a reason and these are my faves that my mom and I visited during our trip.

For a full day of exploring, I brought my Puffer Bag and it’s become such a good travel bag especially when you need to keep some stuff cool for a picnic like we did! You can also blow it up with air for insulan and fold completely flat when you are done so it’s perfect for travel!!

Save this for your Paris trip!
