I am Clementine, mum of Iris, wife of a musician superstar, businesswoman and passionate foodie.
I have been hosting hundreds of food tours and baking classes in the last 15 years.
I always failed at job interviews and I like to walk around in Paris looking for new things to eat…

2024 was a new beginning for me after closing down my dream shop.

Making macarons with families in this cute cafe really helped me to move on.

So fun to practice the art of macaron every day but so exhausting to work 7/7 and deal with the same stressful issues I had when running my shop.
Working weekends and holidays, having to check my phone even during breaks… at least I get to pick up my little girl from daycare and soon she will be my best assistant 💓 happy 2025 to you all, may you spend time with your kids, listen your body and watch your basic needs… use your wealth in the best way you can and be kind people always, our world needs it!

My new tour of Paris’ oldest streets and modern food entrepreneurs was validated by my colleague today!
We had the best chocolates at and iced coffee at but we also included our favorite bars and coworking places for a real local insight...
