January 2026 Recap

While January always feels like an extra long month for multiple reasons, this year my brother saved us all with a mid-month visit. We of course went to our all time favorite spots but also tried new restaurants that did not disappoint. We also had two snow days where the snow actually accumulated which is very rare in Paris, and it was stunning....

December 2025 Recap

We returned to Paris after Thanksgiving in the US a little bit later than expected because our baby got sick and couldn't fly. This is our second trip of the year that we've had to change last minute and I'm so grateful that we have travel insurance. December in Paris is so festive and I feel like having little kids really amplified the holiday cheer for us this year....
