Find out exactly why this charming coastal town is my go-to summertime hangout. Every year, I find myself there for a few days of R&R between tours and events. I cool down with refreshing sea swims, peace out on serene sea views and enjoy delicious local seafood.

So…. it’s been really long time since I posted here. Things got really busy back in February and, well, posting all the wonderful things we’ve been up to seemed less important than making those wonderful things happen. You can see some of our wedding related activities at European Destination Wedding Specialist. But now summer’s over and fall events are winding down; it’s time to catch up. Venice begins as vision rising from jade green water with church bells echoing across the lagoon. Once there, lose yourself in the tangle of tiny alleys and glistening canals until you find yourself drawn by the scent of espresso to a quiet campo where you sit down to watch life happen over a cornetto and caffe. In the afternoon, explore a vast palazzo on the Grand Canal stuffed with world class art. At dinner, candlelight flickers against centuries-old frescoes where you slurp the best risotto of your life. Slow travel isn’t a trend at Travellur. It’s a philosophy born from deep curiosity and an enduring respect for place. It means letting choosing quality over quantity. Seeing the world as a delicious novel you dont want to finish, not a checklist.
It’s in the laughter shared with a local artisan, the pause before entering a centuries-old cathedral, the buttery scent of fresh croissants wafting down a cobblestone lane.
