Kung nasaan ka ngayon, hindi ibig sabihin na dito ka na habang buhay. ❤️

Maybe today…

Wala ka pang papers.
Hindi pa stable ang work mo.
May documents ka pang kailangang ayusin.
May application kang hindi mo alam kung saan magsisimula.
Or simply, you’re trying to build a better life here in France.

Sometimes kapag matagal na tayong nasa isang difficult situation, naiisip natin:

“Ganito na lang ba palagi?”

Hindi natin alam what tomorrow will bring, pero one thing I’ve learned from helping different people is this:

Situations can change.

Yung dating nagtatanong lang kung possible ba siyang magkaroon ng papers, one day may hawak nang carte de séjour.

Yung dating walang numéro de sécurité sociale, eventually may Carte Vitale na.

Yung dating takot humarap sa French administration, ngayon marunong nang magtanong at lumaban para sa sarili niya.

Hindi pare-pareho ang timeline ng bawat tao, at walang guarantee na magiging madali ang bawat process.

But please…

Don’t judge your whole future based on your situation today. ❤️

Continue building.

Magtrabaho nang maayos.
Keep your documents.
Learn the system.
Ask questions.
Make good decisions today that your future self will thank you for.

And most importantly, keep your faith. 🙏

🌤️ A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THIS WEEK 🇫🇷❤️

Hindi mo kailangan alam lahat para makapagsimula.

Minsan kasi, kaya tayo natatakot mag-asikaso ng papers dito sa France dahil feeling natin kailangan naiintindihan natin lahat.

“Ano ba itong form na ’to?”
“Saan ko ito ipapasa?”
“Ano ibig sabihin ng letter na natanggap ko?”
“Tama ba itong ginagawa ko?”

And before we know it, dahil overwhelmed tayo… wala na tayong nagagawa.

Pero gusto ko lang ipaalala sa inyo this week:

It’s okay not to know.
What’s important is that you’re willing to learn and ask.

Lahat naman tayo may first time.

May first time mag-file ng impôt.
May first time mag-apply ng carte de séjour.
May first time humarap sa CPAM or CAF.
May first time makatanggap ng French letter na parang kailangan mo ng PhD para maintindihan.

Don’t be embarrassed to ask questions.

Hindi sukatan ng talino ang hindi pagkakaintindi sa French administration — kahit mga French mismo minsan nalilito din.

And beyond paperwork, ganito rin naman sa buhay.

Hindi natin laging alam kung ano ang mangyayari next week, next month, or next year.

But we don’t need to have everything figured out before we move forward.

Hindi lahat ng tanong kailangan may bayad. Minsan, kailangan mo lang talaga ng taong makikinig at magtuturo kung saan ka magsisimula. ❤️

MONDAY MOTIVATION FROM BWC 🇫🇷❤️

Hindi porket late ka nang nagsimula, ibig sabihin huli ka na.

Maybe you’ve been in France for years pero ngayon mo pa lang naiisip ayusin ang mga bagay na matagal mong ipinagpapaliban.

Maybe ngayon mo pa lang aasikasuhin ang impôt mo.

Ngayon mo pa lang sisimulan i-organize ang mga proof of presence mo.

Ngayon mo pa lang aalamin kung may possibility ka nang mag-apply for papers.

Or maybe you’ve made mistakes before at gusto mo nang magsimulang ayusin ulit ang situation mo.

That’s okay. Start where you are. ❤️

Hindi mo na mababago kung ano yung hindi mo nagawa noon, pero may magagawa ka today para mas maging maayos ang situation mo tomorrow.

This Monday, instead na isipin:

“Sana ginawa ko na ito dati…”

Try saying:

“Ano ang pwede kong simulan ngayon?”

Recently arrived in France with your children and planning to stay?

Now that it’s rentrée scolaire, don’t forget to start your child’s school registration as soon as possible. 🏫

⚠️ Important: You do not need to wait until you have a titre de séjour before starting your child’s schooling.

For newly arrived children, especially those who are still learning French, there are procedures in place to help assess their level and support their integration into the French school system through EANA / CASNAV.

Depending on your child’s age and situation, the process may include:

📌 Registration through your Mairie
📌 School placement or academic assessment
📌 CASNAV/EANA assessment when applicable
📌 French-language support
📌 Orientation to the appropriate class or school

💡 Parents, don’t wait simply because your own immigration papers are still being processed. Your child’s schooling is an important step in settling and building your life in France.

Keep your child’s important documents ready, especially:
• Birth certificate / identity document
• Proof of address
• Vaccination records
• Previous school records or report cards, if available

☀️ MONDAY ENCOURAGEMENT FROM BWC 🇫🇷🙏

Another Monday, another week of trying, waiting, following up, and hoping for good news. ❤️

Sa mga naghihintay ng papers, appointment, trabaho, family documents, or kahit anong breakthrough dito sa France — huwag mawalan ng pag-asa.

Do what you can today.

Mag-follow up kung kailangan.
Ayusin ang documents.
Complete what you can complete.
Take that small step you’ve been postponing.

Then after you’ve done your part, learn to leave the things you cannot control to God. 🙏

Minsan gusto natin mabilis ang sagot. Gusto natin ngayon na yung email, appointment, approval or magandang balita.

Pero hindi lahat nangyayari according sa timeline natin.

And sometimes, a delay doesn’t mean “NO.”
Sometimes, it simply means “NOT YET.”

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3

So this week, let’s continue doing our part while trusting God with the outcome.

Work on what you can control.
Pray about what you cannot.
And trust God through the waiting. ❤️

🇫🇷 GUSTO MO NANG AYUSIN ANG PAPERS MO SA FRANCE PERO HINDI MO ALAM KUNG SAAN MAGSISIMULA?

Isa ito sa madalas kong marinig:

“Pwede na kaya akong mag-apply?”
“Enough na kaya ang documents ko?”
“Baka ma-refuse lang ako…”
“Maghihintay nalang muna ako.”

Pero mga kababayan, bawat situation ay iba. ❤️

Hindi porket na-approve ang kakilala mo, automatic pareho na kayo ng case. At hindi rin porket na-refuse ang iba, ibig sabihin wala ka nang chance.

Kung gusto mong magsimulang mag-ayos ng papers sa France, ang unang step ay hindi agad MAG-APPLY.

Ang unang step ay ALAMIN MUNA ANG SITUATION MO.

📌 Gaano ka na katagal sa France?
📌 May proof ka ba ng continuous presence?
📌 May declared work ka ba?
📌 Ano ang family situation mo?
📌 May asawa, partner or anak ka ba dito?
📌 Ano ang current immigration status mo?
📌 Ano ang possible basis ng application mo?

From there, saka natin makikita kung anong pathway ang maaaring applicable at kung anong documents ang kailangan mong paghandaan.

Importante din: huwag basta magsubmit ng application dahil lang may nakita kang checklist online. Requirements can vary depending on the type of titre de séjour, personal situation, at procedure ng prefecture. (Service Public)
