Set in peaceful Normandy countryside just 10 minutes to shops, restaurants & within 1 hr of Caen Our 2 holiday rentals, currently sleep up to 10 people. Countryside location run by myself (Sallyanne) and Andy. 10 mins drive from amenities.

Well here it is.

Sorry for the delay - we decided to take some time off for the girls last week. However, we are back at it, with lots of work being scheduled for this next quarter.

We’re Getting Closer To A Name for our final renovation! 🏡✨

A huge thank you to everyone who has suggested names for our newest gîte! 💙

We’ve had some fantastic ideas and we’re now very close to making a decision. It’s been great seeing how many different names people have come up with!

We’re keeping the final name under wraps for now 🤫 — but we’ll reveal it soon, along with more glimpses of our 2027 renovation.

As many of you know, our latest renovation is well underway and will be welcoming guests from 2027! 🎉

The main house has now become our family home, and New Beginnings Barn is continuing to welcome guests... but our newest little retreat needs a name!

Once an old cattle feeding store, it's being transformed into a cosy countryside getaway for up to 4 guests, with a private hot tub available for those wanting a little extra relaxation. 🌿🫧

Now we'd love your help...

It's been a busy few weeks.

Guests are happy, decisions are made for the rest of 2026 and the start of 2027 including when to let the caravan go

🚐 Next on the list... our caravan will soon be looking for a new home.

We'll be enjoying one last stay in it, in early September before it's ready to be sold.
Photos and details will follow when the time comes.

For now though... I'm already imagining a hot tub in its place ready for next year's guests! 🫧✨

Our Next Chapter Starts Here 🏡✨

As many of you know, we've been working towards our dream here in Normandy, and we're excited to share that we're right on track! 🎉

As always planned, our main house will no longer be available as holiday accommodation, allowing it to become our home. ❤️

The good news is that New Beginnings Barn is still welcoming guests and sleeps up to 8 people – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Normandy countryside. 🌿

And there's even more to look forward to... 🛠️ In 2027, we'll be opening our latest renovated holiday home, sleeping 4 guests. It can be booked on its own or together with New Beginnings Barn, giving larger families and groups accommodation for up to 12 guests.

We're so grateful to everyone who has supported us, and we're delighted that we've already secured the bookings we were aiming for this year. Thank you! 💙

Its been another scorcher of a week🥵🔥. Well 2 so far... far too hot for too long now.

But still plenty of days with friends, little jobs and new guests.🍲🥂🍻

More guests leaving today, so time to start getting ready for our next ones this week. Well after a relaxing Sunday that is 😌.
