Well... what news from the gîte 😍🎉🤗 We're so excited to announce that we had the loveliest couple come to stay, and little did Charley know, there was a big surprise planned for her!

Apparently there was much hysterical crying 😭😂 but after all that was out of the way, the answer was a big Y E S 🍾💍💒👰🤵💖

We'd like to wish the future Mr & Mrs Smith all the happiness in the world 💛💚💙💜❤

We have some exciting fluffy new arrivals here on the farm 🐥🐣 keep an eye on the page over the next few days to see how they are doing and if we have any more hatch out.

Not only do you get great views from the windows in the gîte 🪟 sometimes you also get close up visits from some of our "wildlife" 😺🐾

Unfortunately with the exceptional weather we are having and a ban on watering the flowers around the gite aren't looking as good as usual 🌻🥀💦 however we do still have a few hardy specimens brightening up the outside .

We have told you all about our ducks, but have you heard of our Ninja chickens? Don't worry they are almost completely safe. They just like to hide in the bushes around the gîte and occasionally pounce when they hear a crumb drop on the patio.

If you take a walk outside on a nice sunny morning or even just looking out the kitchen window you might see these guys spashing around. It's so nice to see them out enjoying the morning sun and the nice cool pond.

A lovely message to receive from Airbnb this morning. It's good to know we are doing the right things and that our guests appreciate all the work we put into running the gîte 😀🏡

We love it when our guests want to sample some of our farm produce. The most popular is definitely our lamb rillettes, we also have sausages and various cuts available from the freezer most of the time. So if any of our guests would like to try some just send us a message or cone and see us on the farmyard. It's hard to find products with lower food miles then eating it on the farm where it is produced.
