We spend a great deal of time and energy supporting 4x4 Response Wales and have developed some great friendships which is what 4x4 driving is all about.

Well after an prolonged house move and new base of operations we are looking forward to planing the events for 2023.

Not a bad view from the tent this morning at Coed Esgair Las. Thank you to everyone who has helped us to support this cooperative and the very special camp they are trying to create here.
Totally refreshed after a few chill days we hope we never lose the positve effect that greenlaning and camping has on our health and wellbeing.

It is nice to see smiles on people's faces for a change.

Hope to see you out here some time soon. £20 a night seems a small price to pay for peace in these extortionate times.

Quite an international feel to the MidAugust wildcamp at Coed Esgair Las with visitors. American visitors with Jeeps and our first group of touring motorbikes originally from Poland.
Victor, Shane, Zack, Adam nice to meet you and your families.
It wasgreat to enjoy stories and experiences around the camp fire but for me personally I was fascinated by the different driving styles and techniques "off tarmac" with the USA and British vehicles. Both very capable yet so very different.

We look forward to meeting you all again soon.

Beautiful sunny and warm annual family wildcamp at Coed esgair las near Machynlleth.
Waiting for it to cool down before venturing to the beach this evening.
Simply stunning.

I think these pictures on a beautiful summers day, in remote rural Wales shows how easily it can go horribly wrong.
Luckily our trained and experienced volunteers at 4x4 Response Wales were able to go and help.
Believe us as professional car transporters and recovery specialists (boring day job) www.cardelivery.org.uk you would not want to see the bill for a 20 hours, 300 miles round trip to come and pull you out safely.
4x4 Tours may seem expensive but certainly worth it.

It was great to see a variety of vehicles and people from different areas of the country enjoying time at Coed Esgair Las. Wildcamping on a private woodland near Machynlleth.

Spaces available at the next camp or 4x4 tour on 10th and 11th June. Pitches £20 per unit. 4x4 tour £100 per vehicle.

Enjoying life at Coed Esgair Las wildcamp near Machynlleth. A late cancellation meant we had the whole site to ourselves for some important family time. Hope they enjoyed the 100th birthday party and we look forward to meeting with you in the future.

We made the most of the time and researched some future training exercises being planned for 4x4 Response Wales and some possible joint agency deployments.

We spent the weekend on Hoylake Beach assisting marshaling an event for Land sailing. Thanks to Community 4X4 Response for the invite and Wirral Sand Yacht Club for the hospitality.

Never thought we would get to drive on the beach we walked as kids. In fact we often cycled the 22 miles to the beach in the summer.

After thoroughly washing the vehicles we will be preparing for this weekends wild camp and 4x4 tour at Machynlleth - do you want to join us? Spaces available.

A surprisingly quiet Easter weekend saw us out with some colleagues from 4x4 Response Wales. Everywhere was so quiet, we have never seen it like that before.

We still have spaces for our next trip and wild camp at Machynlleth for 30th April and 1st May.
