“Not another bloody app…” 😩

I know. I can practically hear you saying it when I ask you to download the MyTC app.

But this one genuinely earns its place on your phone.

Once your holiday is booked with me, everything is in there.

✈️ Your flights
🏨 Your hotels
🚗 Your transfers
📄 Your travel documents
💳 Your payments
📱 And, most importantly… me.

No searching through six months of emails at the airport trying to remember which one has your transfer voucher.

No screenshots buried somewhere amongst 4,000 photos of your dog/kids/dinner.

No printing out half a rainforest and carrying a folder around with you.

It’s all there, in one place.

And if something changes while you’re away? I can update your documents and information in the app too.

But my favourite bit is that little contact button.

Because an app is handy.

An app with an actual human being at the other end of it, who knows who you are, knows your holiday and is there if you need help?

That’s a different thing entirely.

So yes… I am going to ask you to download another app.

But I promise, this one is worth it. ❤️

Woke up in Sete right in the middle of the city

Had a wander around the streets to soak up the atmosphere

Next onto Les Halles. Bustling, colourful and full of locals doing their Sunday shopping. My kind of market.

Safe to say the seafood doesn’t come much fresher 😅

Then onto the water for a little trip through Sète’s canals and out towards the lagoon.

Back on dry land and about 2km along the Corniche. Gorgeous views and thankfully fairly flat 😂

Obviously had to stop for a completely natural, not-at-all-posed photo. 😂

Back to the market for a tielle — Sète’s famous octopus pie. Had to be done…

What I really like about this is how easy it makes the whole journey. It’s a dedicated cruise charter, so you’re travelling with fellow cruise passengers, your checked luggage is included, and there are even exclusive perks like discounted parking, Fast Track Security and lounge access at Belfast City Airport.

Brilliance of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean’s more intimate ships, carrying just over 2,000 guests. It’s ideal if you’d like plenty of choice for dining and entertainment without the scale of one of the huge mega-ships. I’d recommend it for couples, first-time cruisers, multi-generational families and anyone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere onboard.

And for me, the itinerary is the real highlight. You’ll be sailing around some of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful destinations, with itineraries including places like Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, Dubrovnik and Split. It’s the perfect mix of stunning scenery, fascinating history and those iconic Mediterranean ports you’ve always wanted to visit.

That 6am flight suddenly isn’t quite so painful... 😴✈️

I know Park & Go isn’t the cheapest parking option at Dublin Airport, but sometimes value isn’t just about the price.

For me, paying a little extra meant nearly an extra hour in bed before an early morning flight. That’s a trade I’d make every time.

Everyone’s priorities are different, but it’s worth doing the maths before you book your parking.

Would you pay a little more for an extra hour’s sleep?
