We are pleased to inform you that **receivers can begin collecting their Personal Effects** from our handling agent in Fiji:

📍 **Movements International Fiji**
Corner of Reservoir Road, Walu Bay, Suva
📅 **Collection starts from: Today,Tuesday 3rd June 2025**
🕘 **Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm DAILY (Strictly)**

Please be advised that **all Personal Effects clearances will be facilitated by BIO and a Customs Officer.**
🚫 *No collections will be made outside of the specified time.*

Customers with the following **Bill Numbers** (please cross-check with your invoice) are eligible for collection from today ,3rd of June:

**GM003, GM006, GM007, GM010, GM011, GM013 & GM016**

🔹 If your Bill Number is not listed or if your payment is still pending, please await further instructions.

We kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to this process to ensure a smooth and efficient collection for everyone.

📢 Customer Update – Container Arrival Notice 🚢

We wish to inform you that our latest container is currently grounded at our Shipping Agent's yard in Walu Bay. However, as part of standard procedure, it has been held for fumigation by Customs/Biosecurity, which is expected to take approximately 24 hours.

We understand the anticipation for our new stock, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this short delay. 🙏

We will provide another update as soon as the container is **cleared for devanning** and ready for distribution.

📦✨ NOTICE TO ALL VALUED CUSTOMERS – MARCH SHIPMENT 2025 ✨📦

We are happy to announce that the vessel carrying the March 2025 Personal Effects Shipment has safely arrived at Suva Port, Fiji on Saturday, 24th May 2025.

Please allow a few days for our agent to complete all necessary clearance processes, especially with Customs and Biosecurity. We will keep you updated with the specific time and date for the release of your items.

We kindly ask for your patience during this important clearance period and encourage you to begin planning your collection method. Please inform your designated receiver to be prepared for pickup once the release is confirmed.

🔔 A gentle reminder: Import VAT is payable directly to Fiji Customs upon collection. This fee is outside of our control and must be settled by the receiver at the time of release.

Important Shipment Update – March Shipment!!!

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that our March shipment is scheduled to dock in Suva, Fiji on the 23rd of May 2025.

As per our Terms & Conditions, we kindly request that all outstanding balances be cleared before the shipment arrives. If your balance is not settled prior to arrival, your Personal Effects will be placed on hold, and storage charges and late payment fees will be applied.

We sincerely hope it does not come to that, as we would love for your items to be released promptly and enjoyed by your family without delay.
