Axe Skip Hire was started in 1985 by John Bostock and his wife Jane. Today the successful business located in Kilmington, employs 8 staff with 4 Lorries and operates as a Waste Transfer Station. Sadly in 2009 John, who was well known locally, lost his 2 year battle against cancer. The business was then passed on to John’s son James, who runs the business with the help of his wife Karen, under the

watchful eye of Jane who still regularly helps at the yard. We have five sizes of skip available to hire, from the 2 cubic yard midi skip through to the high sided 10 cubic yard skip.The cost of hiring a skip is dependent on your location and the contents of the skip

PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

We have a position available as an office assistant at our busy waste transfer station. Either 3 or 4 days a week, 8:00 till 17:00 Monday to Friday. You must have a good phone manner and confident with using computers. Full training will be given. If interested, please send a CV or if you have any other questions to axeskiphire1@gmail com.
