Are you a fan of the Beatles? Then you are going to love Rotary Club of Wendover and District The Dung Beatles night at Wendover memorial hall on Saturday 26th September. The Dung Beatles will be playing all your favourite Beatles hits and they’ll be raising money for 2 great charities at the same time.

Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Tickets are £25 including booking fee with proceeds donated to VICTA (Empowering blind children & young adults), Marie Curie and other Rotary supported charities.

Tables and chairs available but do bring your dancing shoes as there will be plenty of space for dancing! There is a cash bar but do bring your own snacks.

🥳Shoulder of Mutton are holding their annual summer party this Saturday, 3pm - 11pm, with food, drink and live music, raising money for the National Autistic Society.

🌈Bread and Brew Wendover are hosting The Colour Edit with Alice Barnes, Wednesday 26th August, 4.30pm - 6pm, hurry there aren't many tickets left!

🌻Lindengate Charity are holding the Lindengate Festival of Arts and Gardens on the August Bank Holiday Weekend. From Friday 28th - Monday 31st they will be showcasing 50 local artists, putting on wine tastings, art demos and more. 1/2 of the door sales will be donated to Lindengate Mental and Physical Wellbeing Charity.

🌞Wendover Picnic in the Park 🌞

*Please note the dog show has been cancelled.

Pack a picnic blanket, sun cream and sun hat, the weather is looking great for this free event organised by Wendover Parish Council!

• Please help us protect Hampden Meadow by taking your picnic litter home with you.

Wendover's fantastic local youth centre Wendover Youth Centre have been running for 40 years this year!

An incredible achievement to celebrate, thank you to everyone involved in running the youth centre both past and present.

You can celebrate with them and see what the youth centre has to offer on Saturday 5th September - see more in their post below!

Wendover Youth Centre turned 40 this summer and to celebrate we are holding an Open Day on Saturday the 5th of September 2-5pm. This is a chance to look around the Centre and enjoy some of the activities on offer. Please see attached flyer for details of these.

This fabulous bunch of volunteers are there to fix items such a toys, gardening tools, clothes and jewellery.

They are open every 4th Saturday of the month.
