➡️ When booking i offer my personal knowledge and support 1 to 1 service before ,during & after your holiday

▶️ When booking with us you will always know the exact location on park ( Haven will charge you extra for this )

▶️ When booking with us you know your exact check in time in advance and can also arrive on park anytime from 12 pm to enjoy the facilities until our caravan is ready at 4pm
( Haven will charge you for specified check in times )

▶️ We offer free WiFi in our caravan
( With Haven you can only get WiFi in the complex )

▶️ We provide welcome gifts and complimentary extras including iron, ironing board ninja airfryer coffee machine and pods, toiletries, condiments, towels, luxury bedding & throws, cleaning items cloths tea towels? Toilet roll kitchen roll, games etc for the children & lots more extras, we offer the perfect home from home experience 🫶🏻

▶️ We can supply free of charge items such as travel cot , high chair ,bed guard and other items ( Haven will charge you extra for these )

We offer flexible payment options

🔴yes Passes are not included in the hire cost but can be purchased separate if you wish but you do not need passes for everything on park - All links are senrt when booking with us. I can provide you prices of passes to compare total costs

We have 5 star ⭐️ reviews from returning guests and the feedback option is often that our caravan is the best and cleanest they have ever been too. I see post week after well of horror stories of people arriving at dirty haven caravans 🙈 booking with us you can rest assured you will be arriving to a spotlessly clean caravan.

There’s nothing better than opening that caravan door to that nice homely feel straight away, not to mention the lovely smell of plugins 🫶🏻 sit back at night light a candle and just chill 🧘‍♀️ you don’t get that booking through haven.

Each to their own though, it all depends on what the individual wants from their stay away 🙂if you want all those extra touches then booking privately is for you.

Our Lighthouse Harbour Adventure Village brings some first-time activities like The Drop and The Jump which are adrenaline-packed jumps, or give our Aerial Adventure Extra course a go. 🤸🤸‍♀️
