This ambitious agency goes to enormous lengths to equip their consultants with all the tools they need to delight their customers, promote their passion for travel, and stay in the know. With an always-on attitude to training, business development and marketing, Homeworking by Inspire offers a level of sophisticated professionalism that far exceeds its youthful exuberance (being just four years old) and strives for innovation.
A new marketing hub for 2024 houses social media assets for agents to truly connect with their customers, thanks to onboarding and social media training with an in-house expert. Meanwhile, customers of Homeworking by Inspire consultants can benefit from a magazine tailored to the products they sell, alongside inspirational content, or a branded gift card for those loyal customers or special moments. Elsewhere, training is meticulous – on everything from product knowledge to content creation. It’s no wonder that the agency sees an engagement level of more than 90% across the materials offered to home-based agents.
Homeworking by Inspire understands that each of their agents are unique, and not only offers custom plans to support agents in sales, marketing and agency systems, but product and marketing plans so agents never have to worry about the product content they need. Each agent is offered a monthly one-to-one call or face-to-face meeting with their business development manager, with these covering everything from motivational encouragement to agents’ personal lives.
Despite being a national network of agents, support for local communities and charities is close to Homeworking by Inspire’s heart. The agency’s annual conference was held at charity Reuben’s Retreat’s premises, and supported more than £10,000 in fundraising. Throughout January, a percentage of the agency’s profits was donated to Dementia UK, while as part of an agency-donated volunteering day, the reservations team once again visited Reuben’s Retreat to gift wrap more than 300 presents for children, while the loyalty team volunteered in a local primary school’s kitchen to support a prominent event. And for the last two seasons, a grass roots local football team has received unwavering support – and sponsorship – from the agency.
So yes, on this Feel Good Friday, I’m celebrating being part of something truly special.
