All this along with access to a 24 hour mobile number to speak to us directly wherever in the world. Your average travel agent doesn’t do this……
Booking with us is seriously special. This is your holiday and we are here for you. We know just how discerning and uncompromising you are. That’s why we dedicate so much time to getting every little detail right for you. Whether you’re a busy professional or have no time to sit and research your plans we are here to take that stress away. We understand just how busy you are, and that your time away is precious. We also understand that planning a holiday takes time and effort, and that it’s hard to make the most informed choices without expert help. That’s where we come in. We provide the knowledge and expertise that gives you time and freedom to reconnect with loved ones, recharge your batteries, go on an adventure or learn something new. A simple call to us takes away the complexities and frustrations of planning a holiday yourself with new and revised covid restrictions. Is there a fee? Yes we do charge all new clients a one off fee of £75. Once you become a client you are our client for life (or as long as you like!) The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward the quote that you will be given upon completion. Our work is based on years of personal and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, resorts, tours and other travel industry suppliers to meet your specific needs & budget and contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft quotes. We know we aren’t for some and you may object to this fee however we provide a full 24 hour service for our clients with a dedicated one to one member of staff who will be in charge of your travel arrangements upon booking right through to you returning home.Think of us as your personal travel concierge.
