Every day's a school day in the travel industry.
I'm attending a wonderful lunch event courtesy of the Central Dalmatia Tourist Board. Learning so much more about beautiful Croatia through the food, w**e, music and fabulous presentations. We even had a presentation from the Croatian chef explaining the food he'd prepared and w**e pairings.

🇨🇦🐻 A CANADIAN ADVENTURE THAT’S ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN BEARS!

One of the things I loved about my Canadian touring holiday was discovering just how much there is to experience along the way.

Of course, seeing bears in the wild was a real highlight, but Canada has so much more to offer. From dramatic mountain landscapes and beautiful lakes to forests stretching as far as the eye can see, the scenery is simply breath-taking. I had more than a few pinch me moments, to make sure I was there.

And then there are the lovely mountain towns, incredible national parks and the journeys between each destination because in Canada, sometimes the journey itself is just as memorable as the place you’re heading to.

For me, this is what makes a touring holiday so special. You get to experience so many different sides of a country, with new scenery and unexpected moments around every corner.

🐻🇨🇦 SEEING BEARS IN THE WILD… AN EXPERIENCE I WON’T FORGET!

There are some travel experiences that stay with you long after you’ve returned home, and seeing bears in the wild in Canada is definitely one of them! 🥰

As part of my Canadian touring holiday, I had the opportunity to experience something truly special — spotting these incredible animals in their natural habitat.

There’s something quite magical about being surrounded by Canada’s vast wilderness, towering trees and breathtaking scenery, knowing that you’re sharing the landscape with wildlife just as nature intended. 🌲🏔️

It’s one thing to see bears in photographs or documentaries, but quite another to witness them in the wild. It really brings home just how incredible our natural world is.

🇨🇦 Canada certainly knows how to deliver those once-in-a-lifetime moments!
