Monday martinis.

Cold glass, good pour, very little interest in pretending the weekend has to end on Sunday.

Join us at Regency House this evening for dirty truffle martinis, dinner, oysters and a much better start to the week.

Max & Matthew’s perfect day out in Belfast.

Start with a bit of history at the Ulster Folk Museum, a particular favourite of Max’s, before heading back into town for the Ulster Museum, which gets Matthew’s vote every time.

From there, lunch at Charlie’s on the Ormeau Road, then up Cave Hill for one of the best views over Belfast and a proper stretch of the legs.

And because there is really only one correct way to finish a day like that: find a good bar, get settled in and order a pint of Guinness.

A very Regency guide to spending a day in our city, courtesy of Max & Matthew. Save it for your next stay.

Some arrivals deserve a toast.

Whether you're here to celebrate or simply disappear for a night or two, every stay deserves to begin with a glass of something special.

Put the record on, pour the bubbles, and let the evening unfold.

The best stays are the ones that make you feel like a child again.A little more laughter. A little less hurry.

A Midweek Martini.

Halfway through the week seems reason enough.

Whether before dinner or simply because the evening calls for one, we'll have it ready.

Some mornings call for sweet. Others, savoury.Thankfully, you don't have to decide until you open the menu.

Meet Ríonach.

If you've stayed with us, you've likely already seen her work.

Every guest note at Regency House is handwritten by Ríonach, whose beautiful calligraphy brings a wonderfully personal touch to each stay.

Having recently completed Part I of her Architecture degree, she has a real appreciation for historic buildings and the stories they tell, making Regency House a place that's especially close to her heart.

She's currently hand-lettering A Sense of Belfast, a poem that will soon be displayed in our reception, becoming another small but meaningful part of the house for guests to discover.

Our only house rule? Treat Regency House as though it were your own.

Throw your bag down. Put your feet up. Start the book you've been meaning to read.

If that's the first thing you do when you arrive, we've done our job.
