Join us in The Drawing Room at Regency House for ‘An Evening with Bollinger’.
This exclusive experience has been carefully curated to offer guests the opportunity to explore some of our favourite selections of exceptional Champagnes in a luxurious and intimate setting.
We are delighted to be joined by Dan Ruell from Bollinger for the evening. Dan will be on hand to deliver a guided tasting of a selection of Bollinger’s champagnes, concluding with the exceptional La Grande Année.
Complementing the Champagne, nine luxury small plates are to be enjoyed over the course of the experience. The menu has been specially created by renowned local chef Chris McClurg, including black winter truffle, N25 Golden Oscietra caviar, hand-dived Donegal scallops, and Irish wagyu. Chris and his team will be on hand to answer any foodie questions you may have.
After the tasting, our full Drawing Room drinks menu will be available from the bar, so sit back and enjoy your table for the evening.
