A very special event is taking place in Titanic Belfast this afternoon. Legendary oceanographer Dr Robert Ballad spoke from the iconic Grand Staircase on the discovery of the Titanic in 1985 and the new proposal to bring the remaining artefacts to Titanic Belfast.
