For Landlords wanting the EICR carried. Change of tennant this year. And from April 2021 its every property. This is proof of my registration to the government site where landlords should go to choose your contractor. As all the checking etc and additional insurances have been undertaken. If you choose via an advert or someone you know, then YOU have to do all the investigation, such as competence, qualifications, level of insurance which has to include £250,000 indemnity. Etc etc

St Andrews URC Church Brockley. My latest lighting installation project. All design and and fittings from Commercial Lighting Ltd. We have removed some 12.5kw of on peak load and replaced with just under 2kw of load, so some substantial cost savings in energy consumption. All of the lighting is via a control system, giving the church exactly the lighting levels they need consistently. Very proud to have been involved with this.

This is very much a before photos. Fancy sorting this mess? Half of it is redundant off peak storage heating controls, which the landlord didn’t want to remove? Why ? It’s costing the tenants more. Also this flat benefits from being rundown and in need of a rewire. It does boast the modern day 13amp power point but only one in each room allowing the tenants the luxury of adding there own via an excess of 4gang extension leads. What of the landlord you may ask? Doesn’t care !!!! Which I find appalling.
