Terminal 4 and their Border Security / Immigration Service.... isn't.
My Clients landed from a 7 hour + 5 hour flight and was met with a huge queue.
Their plane landed at 18.20 yesterday and left Passport Control at 21.20 !
Only two desks open.... shocking.
If it's not the Border Security staffing levels, it's the parking situation.
I see lots of Staff in the car park in groups of 3 or 4 chatting and smoking whilst there are no trolleys in the Baggage Hall.
Sunday last was a farce, it took an hour to get up to the departures drop off, No staff there niether directing traffic or helping.
No trolleys at departures drop off.
Whomever is managing Terminal 4...isn't.
