Starting the week with a beautiful new enquiry and even better when it comes via a referral from a long-standing client ❤️

A lovely family have got in touch looking to celebrate Christmas and New Year in the sunshine and total luxury. They’re already leaning towards the Maldives so we’ll be discussing options.

I have a call booked with them later today, and this is genuinely one of my favourite parts of the process. Before I even think about pulling together options, I want to really understand how they like to travel, the experience they’re dreaming of, what matters most to the family, and where they’ve been before. The brief might start with “Maldives at Christmas” but by the time we’ve spoken, I’ll have a much better picture of exactly what this holiday needs to look and feel like.

From there, everything I put in front of them will be completely bespoke. No generic itineraries, no copy and paste. Just carefully considered options built entirely around them.
