I never knew that the place where I lived in Holland (Veghel) for nearly 2 decades is only 20 minutes drive away from where the famous Dutch painter lived and painted one of his famous paintings "The Potato Eaters"

On our visit to this small place near Eindhoven we saw the statue of the master himself, a statue of the potato eaters, the museum and many other buildings that relate to Vincent like the little church that he painted.

A cycle path in the name of Vincent has also been created. This cycle path lights up by darkness and is inspired by his painting "The Starry Night"
