We have a home from home, 6 berth (3 bedrooms) caravan to rent, with a gated veranda with table & chairs, at: The Chase Holiday Park. Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, Skegness PE25 1LZ
Centrally located, with just a short walk to Shops, Beach, Pubs, Amusements and ‘Fantasy Island’
There’s a Bus stop just outside the site entrance with regular buses to take you into Skegness pier.
LOUNGE:
Comfortable lounge with wrap around seating, scatter cushions, a large flat screen TV (NOT Smart TV), DVD player with DVD's to use, games to play, gas fire & a plug in heater.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker & hob, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, Air Fryer, Tassimo coffee pod machine and all cooking pots & utensils. Iron & board, Vacuum, etc… all that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable.
Dining table with wrap around seating and stools.
A separate toilet and shower room with hot water via a combi boiler
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser with TV and a plug in heater for any chilly nights.
Bedroom 2: 2x single beds, wardrobe and a plug in heater.
Bedroom 3: 2x single beds, wardrobe and a plug in heater.
Bed linen provided, aswell as mattress & pillow protectors, with beds made up ready for your arrival!
Although an older caravan she’s been very well cared for and is very comfortable & spacious.
We respectfully ask that you do not smoke in the caravan and we don't allow pets neither as there are renters that are allergic to pet hairs.
We would appreciate the caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition.
Being parents ourselves, we understand that accidents can happen from time to time. Please can you contact us via Facebook messenger to report any breakages/damages/bed wetting, etc… as soon as they happen so we can arrange to have them repaired/replaced for our next guests.
A £50 deposit will secure your chosen dates and will be fully refunded once checks of the caravan have been made after your departure!
