In the heart of Birmingham New Street, you’ll find King Edward House. A striking Art Deco building that we carefully restored in partnership with Avison Young to bring a stylish, modern workspace to the city.

The 78,550 sq ft of contemporary workspace is set across seven floors and has roof terraces, end-of-trip facilities and a gym added to the property. Working towards our sustainable goals on this project, the building has achieved BREEAM Excellent which we are all really proud of.

This is a great demonstration of how to upgrade a building to transform it for occupiers to set up home.

Proud to have recently delivered the fit out for BPP's new 20,000 sq ft home at Three Brindley Place.

Designed to support flexible learning, collaboration and student success. The space brings together modern teaching facilities, dedicated student support areas and the latest technology in a prime canal-side location.

This was a particularly exciting project for our team, completed while we were simultaneously delivering major schemes at New Street and Colmore Row - contributing to some of Birmingham's most recognisable commercial destinations 🏗️

We’re now in the exciting early stages of our latest project with Calor Gas. Our team recently visited their office in Leamington Spa, taking the Calor team around the space and sharing the first visuals for the project to help bring the vision to life and build excitement for what’s to come.

It was a great opportunity to explore the existing workplace, align on priorities and start shaping a space designed around the people who use it every day.

We’ll be sharing more from the project as it progresses, so watch this space.

We’re proud to see King Edward House featured in TheBusinessDesk following the completion of this heritage-led refurbishment in the heart of Birmingham.

Originally built in 1936, this iconic Art Deco building has been carefully revitalised to deliver contemporary Grade A workspace while preserving the character and craftsmanship that make it so distinctive.

One thing we definitely take for granted in Birmingham is the blend of old and new architecture.

Walking through the CBD, you have beautifully restored Victorian buildings set against clean, modern office towers. The city’s heritage is displayed through its buildings and from a workplace point of view, it means that there are some truly unique properties for companies to create their offices in.

There are countless examples of this blend of buildings throughout the city but seeing the Grand Hotel with 103 Colmore Row peeking out from behind it really sums up this mix of architecture.
