Hi Everyone,
We would like to introduce you to Viola Cottage. It is a one bedroom holiday home near Meikleour and Blairgowrie in Perthshire.
We are perfectly positioned for a holiday or short break whether you’re looking for Fishing, Walking, Golf, Skiing, Sightseeing , Cycling, Visiting Properties of interest, Bird & Wildlife watching or just want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
A short walk to our local restaurant & bar and not far from the town of Blairgowrie offering a number of shops, bars and restaurants.
The property is a one bedroom (sleeps two) bungalow with a fully fitted Kitchen with open plan lounge with bi-fold doors opening onto a covered patio area, beautifully designed to offer a fantastic space to enjoy it’s own third of an acre garden. From the hall you can enter the bathroom which has a large walk in shower, basin and toilet. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage and a double bed. A second set of Bi-fold doors look out over the gardens. In the lounge is a wood burning stove. The kitchen has double oven, hob, hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine. In the hall a large storage cupboard also houses an iron, ironing board, airer and there is a washing line in the garden.
There is private secure parking for upto two cars and additional storage is available for sporting equipment if required.

(Saturday to Saturday).
