A really good example of what we spoke about in our previous post this week.

A roofline instalation had been carried out to this property in Blackrod prior to the current home owners moving in. The previous owner most likely went with the cheapest quotation not really understanding the difference in quality that can be achieved.

To the eye it looked OK BUT

The fascias and soffits had been capped over, no ventilation or eaves protection had been installed (which we fit as standard to every job). This had caused the fascias and soffits to rot and all the felt at the eaves to perish all of which couldn't be seen from ground level.

Luckily the homeowner got us in to renew the roofline before the rot had spread into the roof structure.

Another Roofline instalation completed this week in Horwich. This customer has recently moved into the property and is revamping the exterior. They decided to go with a Black Upvc Fascias and Soffits system with Black square line guttering. This will be complemented in the coming weeks when they have their windows and doors in the same colours. Thanks to the lads EcoWarm Windows for your recommendation again, much appreciated
