Anybody got a spare £175k? If I did I would certainly be booking my seat on this!
Abercrombie & Kent has unveiled its first private jet itinerary that will visit all seven continents.
Departing from Miami on January 3, 2028, the 28-day tour will visit Iguazú Falls, the Antarctic Peninsula, Easter Island, Auckland, Uluru, Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, Luang Prabang, the Maldives and the Nile, before finishing in Madrid.
Along the way, clients will stay in accommodation exclusively reserved for A&K guests and enjoy a sailing on board A&K Sanctuary’s newest Egypt river vessel, Nile Seray.
Activities will include watching the sunrise on Easter Island, sailing Antarctic waters in a private expedition vessel, visiting Uluru and touring the tombs of Tutankhamun and Amenhotep III after hours.
Limited to 50 guests, the group will travel on board A&K’s fully reconfigured Boeing 757. The aircraft features seats that recline into lie-flat beds and is equipped with iPads, noise-cancelling headphones and a full cabin crew, including a chef.
Other services include that of an A&K tour director, a team of tour managers, resident guides and local experts, as well as a physician and luggage manager.
The launch follows a “moment of striking momentum” for the operator’s private jet programme. Its May 2026 Tropics to the Arctic departure sold out “almost straight away” entirely to returning A&K travellers, nearly half of whom has flown on an A&K private jet itinerary before.
The operator described this level of repeat booking as “unusual at any tier of the market”.
A&K private jet vice-president Rami Girgis said: “Guests on our private jet programme are not buying a flight. They are buying a year’s worth of access in 28 days.
“Most of the guests booked onto a private jet journey have travelled with A&K before, very often on a small group or a tailor-made journey. They arrive already fluent in the way we travel, and what they tell us they want next is more ambition, more places that are difficult to combine and a group of likeminded travellers. Seven Continents is built for them.”
The Seven Continents by Private Jet: One Extraordinary World itinerary starts from £173,075 per person, based on double occupancy. The price includes accommodation, all meals, activities, gratuities and selected beverages.
